Methodology
J.Memo Pte Ltd is committed to a process that values client collaboration and meticulous attention to detail from initial concept to final implementation. Our carefully crafted process, detailed below, is designed to bring your aspirations to life with unmatched precision and care.
Initial Site Visit and Vision Development
Our team will visit project sites to assess conditions and history, then collaborate with clients through brainstorming and research to define a clear, shared vision for the desired outcome.
Spatial Analysis and Planning
J.Memo analyzes the project space, considering existing elements and open areas to identify potential functional zones like communal or private spaces. We then collaborate with the client to plan the layout and functionality.
Narrative Concept Development
Based on the client’s objectives and the site’s history, J.Memo develops a unique concept to create a specific atmosphere and appeal to users.
Material Selection
J.Memo designs spaces that engage the senses through natural materials, thoughtful colours, and tactile surfaces, creating visually and physically appealing environments.
Documentation and Sourcing
J.Memo finalizes with detailed documents, sourcing local materials and craftspeople to ensure sustainable, eco-friendly implementation.
Construction and Quality Assurance
J.Memo ensures accurate execution and quality finishes by closely coordinating with contractors and suppliers and reviewing project plans.
